Responsibility is the least important because I don’t believe that it is essential for you to be responsible in order to make change. I do think that it is important to be trustworthy and reliable and to have integrity but out of the 4 qualities listed I feel responsibility falls a little short. I feel responsibility is more about being an organized and reliable individual which is important but I feel its more about organization than actually making change.
I feel that equality is the 3rd most important because I believe that it is important to seek solutions that leave everyone better off, not just one specific individual. In order to become a Global Citizen you have to think globally which means that you have to consider a solution that benefits everyone, not just a specific minority. But equality isn’t as important as action and compassion because it doesn’t actually require the qualities needed to actually make a change.
Compassion is the second most important because you need to have the motivation and emotional connection to ensure that you’re committed to make the change. If you’re compassionate about something then I believe that the responsibility and the equality follow because if you care about what your doing then you will become responsible and you will strive to ensure that you’re fair to everyone.
Action is the most important because having compassion; equality and responsibility are all important but if you don’t take action then no change can take place. Until someone actually takes action all they have is ideas and ideas never changed anything. It’s the actual action that makes the change and until you make that action all you have is compassion, responsibility and equality regarding and idea.
